Liz moved from the USA to London in 1984. A singer-songwriter there for the following decade, she then became an events co-ordinator in the capital. From 2000 she was the Exec PA to the head of Shell Energy Trading before moving to North Wales in 2003. In 2004 Liz became a Reiki Master and joined Golygfa Gwydyr as Treasurer. For the past six years Liz has worked for Theodora Children's Trust as a Clown Doctor. She present;y works with Golygfa Gwydyr, co-ordinating events and promoting health and well being within the local community.


Seren-Medi Ashton


Born and brought up in Dyffryn Ogwen, Medi studied Archaeology at The University of Southampton, working on prehistoric excavations on South Uist and The Isle of White, before returning home in 2002. Untill 2009 she held various hospitality jobs in the local area as well as taking on occasional projects such as designing and delivering workshops for the Alms Houses Museum Trust, Llanrwst during National Archaeology Week and providing bilingual PR for the CCW at the Aber Falls excavations. In 2009 Medi completed her ICT and admin qualifications with Hyfforddiant Gwynedd Training in Caernarfon. In 2010 she joined Golygfa Gwydyr as Office Manager and is working part-time towards a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing at Bangor University whilst raising her family.
